NSHSS means automatic acceptance to Harvard. but like actually, this question is asked so many times and the answer is always yes it is a scam. It's not exactly a scam, but it doesn't make a difference on you college applications because pretty much everyone is offered an invitation. It's just a waste of money, and NSHSS is different for NHS too.
