Remember statistically most babies are born 4 days after die date. It's so freaking hard but be patient I wouldn't expect to be dilated at all at 38 weeks. You can strip membranes, use EPO orally or vaginally, get acupuncture, have lots of sex, walk, use a birth ball, do yoga, get a massage or hair or nails done..
