Getting the pepper shaker plan (i think) is not gonna be that bad of a grind (pun unintendedish). There's a 6.25% chance of it dropping, so after 10-11 meat cooks you're looking at a 50/50 chance of having it drop by then, and a 90% chance of having it drop after 35 meat cooks which is 5-6 meat cooks a day for a week, which is about the max most people are going to be able to do.

Pepper shaker uses heavy and shotgun perk cards, and can benefit from stabilized. I preferred the laser over the plasma due to ammo availability. Definitely want quad, 2nd and 3rd to taste, although FFR and WR is what I would shoot for. The mods are bought from the reg at the vault. My question was which ammo is better in the sense that plasma is more expensive to craft, but is it that much better than fusion or shotgun. I have the plan for pepper shaker, but ive not learned it yet.With 6 strength you can reach +60% damage bonus using pepper shaker if you utilize all the shotgun and heavy gun perk cards at level 1. If you only utilized the shotgun or heavy gun perk cards it would require 9 strength to reach the same +60% damage bonus.I think you need to get it from the vendor that unlocks after you complete wastelanders or at max rep with faction vendors.
