Seems it works differently depending on the attention level of enemies. Even with Legendary Camo if i use it while fighting enemies (so they are already in alert/combat mode) they will still see me but their fire rate is lower and they act more stupid. So more of a "Camo" Effect than real invisibility which makes sense.

yes, it is feels a bit stupid- as you turn on camo, they imediately notice you- just detection are extremelly slow. Exactly, even if they have their backs to you, and you are far away, and there are ads and music playing around them, and your Optical Camo is tier 5, they still begin to notice you immediately.
