Turrets have been mentioned before but those are part of mechdrops which in itself are part of the dlc. every kind of mech unit and structure have their own kind of counter strategy. Your next mech cluster may yield 3-4 unexploded vano cells. I know at one point, you could alpha down a exploding turret to kill it before it exploded.
