Low cardio fitness - Just curious if you or anyone else here is familiar with how Apple actually calculates the Cardio Fitness score? I’ve been getting a low CF notification every month or so for the last 3 months, and I don’t know how worried I should be, particularly because of the unorthodox way in which I track my runs on Nike Run Club.
