Just got a brand new KSG and some dummy 12 gauge trainers. the problem is I loaded up the tubes , selected tube did a full stroke and no shell chambered. switched tube and the same thing. manually chambered a round shoot and stroke, ejects shell but not chambering a new shell. The KSG feeds mini-shells with no added parts so, based on the video, I believe that the KS7 should function well with mini-shells.
