All in All I think this is one of the better Tech trees we have seen in 10+ wars. Scout tanks should have been 1-2 tiers earlier but outside of that, it wasn't bad. Except ATHT might have been early. Hydra 1 tier before Culter seems fair. Icarus 1 Tier before and Gemini same tier as the HAC, wasn't too bad. Ballista only one tier after push250 ...
