Toggle and/or disable "Enable audio enhancements" for your mic. Check your mic sample rate and bit depth setting. I set mine to 2chan, 24bit, 48kHz. Re-select mic device in Voicemeeter if using it as a hardware input and/or restart audio engine. Check Discord input device is correct and restart app and/or PC.
