It's hard to tell, as the number of biology majors vastly outnumbers those of other majors. Everyone takes the same prerequisite classes, so there is not a huge advantage for bio/chem majors over others. Whether STEM majors have to study for the MCAT as long as other majors is unknown. I passed with 108questions. Trust UWORLD and review the rationale. To me, UWORLD was far more challenging than the actual NCLEX. .
